Disappointing Customer Service – No Flexibility for a Simple Request
Review: We’ve been loyal guests at Marriott Shadow Ridge for years whenever we visit Palm Desert, but this recent stay was incredibly disappointing. All I asked for was a simple 2-hour late checkout – check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, which is barely even a full day. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to accommodate this reasonable request.
It’s really frustrating when loyal customers are treated this way, especially when the request was so minimal. We weren’t asking for anything extravagant, just a little more time to enjoy our stay. The rigidity and lack of customer care make it clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here anymore.
After this experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere in the future. If you’re looking for a hotel that values its guests and offers a bit of flexibility, I’d suggest considering other options.
