Everything was ok at check in. We were almost completely unpacked when we found BEDBUGS droppings in the second bedroom. We took pictures & immediately inform the management. They AGREED & provided us with new accommodations & said they would contact a service to take care of the Bedbug problem. After inspecting the new rooms on the 3rd floor we relocated all our belonging (with zero help). Carpeting in our rooms needed to be shampooed. The pool area was clean however the pool water was ice cold both days. The dining area was clean, breakfasts & service was ok. There is a lot of road construction in the area requiring detours.
We stayed at many Hilton properties in the past and would not recommend this one till it got a total clean up.
