Perfect size for our family and breakfast was great. The rooms and some common areas needed attention.we were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t have working jets, the fireplace in our room was not functioning, poorly repaired tiles in the bathroom, slow shower drains, and torn linens. We also had a problem with the thermostat in our room but management was able to correct that.

Friendly desk staff, but breakfast was not up to the usual Homewood standard. There were no fruit juices and the butter spread was old and crumbly (one big serving jar, no individual pads). Coffee lids did not fit the cups. Maybe cutting costs? The credit card "hold for incidentals" was $100. Most hotels are $50. It will drop off eventually, but the amount was surprising.

We very much enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, staff very pleasant, and room was very comfortable. Booked thos for my husband's birthday trip and he loved it. We swam, played basketball, and grilled steaks without leaving the property :) Will definitely look for these properties on every trip we take.
