The room was clean and the cleaning staff were great. However there was no room WiFi, the TV did not work. I booked a room weeks prior to my arrival. There mysteriously was no record. I paid for my stay. Then added another night due to bad weather. I was told one rate thought it was paid for and then I was charged more than double the rate due to it being Bike week.

The room was infested with a significant number of cockroaches. While I was in bed, a cockroach crawled on my face, prompting me to retrieve insect repellent. I observed over 30 cockroaches. I have documented this issue with photographs and videos.

Reserved a room and there was no king beds left besides handicapped and hair dryer didnt work lock was broke on the door housekeeping made the bed with blood stains on tje bed sheets upon arriving drawers had stains in them coffee pot was nasty the cleanin people didnt even come clean the room at all while had to go find employee to be able to get towels and clean sheets and our parking spot was took by another vehicle the worker told us we was fine to park in handicapped due to the hotel giving put all the king beds when i had reserved the room in advance so we had to get a handicap room which i was not happy about then came back to room and our parking spot was taken and the employee said they couldnt make them move the car when they was parked in front of our room where our vehicle was suppose to parked .couldnt sleep due to kids blurrin music all night long and talking loud outside the room it was both nights there is a policy for quiet time and it is not enfored there ..people need to reapect people trying to sleep .

The initial step into the room, it appeared to be cleaned, but when we had to move a chair and a small dresser exposed a razor blade, a pencil and a napkin. The sheets on the bed had dirt stains on them as if the bedding had not been cleaned daily. The locking mechanism appeared to have been added onto the door as if it were a D.I.Y. project and not professionally done. The floor was dirty and made the floor slippery. Being on an upper floor put me and the rest of my party at a disadvantage with linen. We did not have enough towels and NO wash cloths. I noticed as housekeeping worked the bottom-front floor, they received wash cloths while others received hand towels causing us to go to a store and purchase wash cloths. The pool chairs are old and damaged and need to be replaced. Some upkeep to the property should be done other than the minimum standard job of the staff.

Hotel is super run down and not well maintained. The pool had mold on the steps and was unusable. The bedding was stained in my room. The door had a small gap at the bottom that made it not fully seal and let light in. Found multiple bugs on the room as well. Would not return!
