out side of building looked high end ,that was deceiving parking was good heat pump worked fine ,cockroaches, .floor was dirty sticky, no tissues in room,with holes in walls with poor patch job wrong size mattress"s for frame all around,skimpy breakfast bar room had no working TV and was without a remote

I had no heat in my room and there were bugs possibly cockroaches in my room! The floor was not clean and I found old French fries on the floor! When I asked to move rooms because of no heat the next room given to me also had bugs, the door didn’t want to open and the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom!

Staff was okay. Temp was comfortable. I looked through the drawers for a tv channel guide and found a clear plastic bag with some poop soaked underwear and a poopie blanked stuffed into it. Disgusting!!! And there were roaches, 5 that I counted.

Room window had no curtains! Just cheap blinds that were not very good!! No good nights sleep it was to bright with light getting in through the cheap window blinds!!

I prepaid for a handicap room and when I arrived there were no handicap rooms available. I was forced to stay in a legroom because no handicapped rooms were available anywhere else. This is unacceptable.

Was kicked out of hotel on 2nd day of stay, staff accused me of smoking pot in the room but had no proof of accusation then was charged an extra 250$ ....dont know why this happened, maybe targeting me for being white in a black neighborhood, will never stay there again
