The hotel is an extended stay so the rooms we thought we booked were not available. You have to put your name on a list to have your room cleaned. The front desk employees were very disrespectful. The rooms were old and lights didn’t work. The elevator went out and they waited until the next day to call someone, we had to call the fire department to help get my 93 year old aunt down from the third floor. I will never stay there again.

If you wanted fresh towels you had to take them your dirty towels to get new ones. Plus they haven't refunded my deposit yet and it's been 2 days. Swimming pool was dirty. One cockroach. Floors were dirty
