Expedia lists the check-in time as 2pm, but when I called the Holiday Inn to confirm, I was told they don't honor any third-party listing information. The hotel representative stated that their check-in time is actually 3pm. I asked why they don’t update this with Expedia to avoid confusion, and she responded, 'You're not the first person to ask, and you won’t be the last—I just ignore that question.' This lack of coordination is frustrating. If you’re listing rooms on Expedia, wouldn't it make sense to ensure accurate information for a smoother check-in experience? When we went to check in there was around 10 very unhappy costumers arguing with the staff about the discrepancy for check in times. Also the hotel worker was rude to every single person saying she doesn't care what they saw online for check in times they all could go wait in their cars...
