I can't believe you really want my opinion. This isn't about the hotel stay, that was in March. When I made this reservation it inserted the wrong date. I immediately contacted you folks at Hotel.com to get it straightened out. I was basically told you wouldn't correct the error. I even contacted the hotel manager, she said all you had to do was contact her and she would allow the refund. Your representative was terrible, kept saying the hotel was the problem. I stayed there on the original date I wanted, but you would not refund me for this recent date. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN, AND ALL MY ASSOCIATES WONT EITHER. Your website made the mistake, but I paid for it. Still can't understand how it changed the date . Very disappointed in how your representatives treated it like it was nothing. They had more than thirty days to correct it but chose not to, well say goodbye to a former customer.
