Really liked this hotel. It’s a little out of the way but really pleasant and the facilities are great.

I booked room 2 month ago. When we came to hotel, there was no rooms available. We had to spend 2 hours on the phone to book another hotel. Manager was not helpful and kind of rude.

Prepaid and received confirmation for my booking more than 6 months in advance only for them to turn us away because they were full and did not help us find any other accommodation

The staff were out of there depth. Very much understaffed. They took an hour and a half to get our rooms ready. And then gave us a room which had no hot water.

Food in the restuarant was rather disappointing and they had run out of Prosecco! The breakfast was very good though. Thr steam room was out of action in the leisure section.

I stay in many hotels and I think the staff need training. Upon checking in I was literally given my key card and room number. No conversation around breakfast info, dining option, wifi etc…. I asked about dining times and at 7.15pm was told I had an hour, no offer to book a table. I went to the dining room 15 minutes later to then be advised that there was one ‘overwhelmed’ chef and, despite being quiet, I was unable to have a table. I had been on the go since 7am and been driving for 6 hours. I wouldn’t stay again.

I had drive all day and was exhausted. I had reserved a room with two beds for a friend that was traveling with me and myself. The room had one bed in it. The staff corrected the problem but it was an inconvenience at a time I just wanted to relax and have something to eat.

The hotel is good but the food not the best
Recensione verificata

4/10 Discreto

Lovely stay, minimal contact with the team but that’s because there didn’t need to be. Those we had contact with were lovely. Pool was great it was a heatwave when we stayed so the cool pool was fantastic to refresh.

The staff was helpful and attentive, the room was nice except for the carpet. We didn’t know that the pool had limited access for children at certain times. Breakfast was very good. All on all, we had a good stay.
