We signed up for an early AM airport shuttle for 3 people the night before our departure. We came out to the lobby in the AM for our shuttle along with two other families and the shuttle arrived late and 100% full of people from other hotels. Fortunately, one of the employees was a former shuttle driver and was able to use a van they had on the property to transport us - but it was a total mess.
