Our room was exactly as stated in the booking. Nice comfy bed, good shower pressure and large screen tv. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the added bonus of parking was very handy. I'd definitely stay there again.

Get what you pay for, nothing fancy but okay. Reception staff a bit slow checking in, Bar area quite comfy and reasonable selection of drinks at reasonable price

Staff were nice & offfered early check-in for my family. Though food choice is much, it kept food warm & taste good

Typical Ibis hotel, great staff. The room was as expected. My one issue was with the doors. They didn't seem to shut properly, you had to tap your card for them to shut as you left. This inevitably led to many people trying to slam their door shut and it reverberate down the hallway.

It is located in a bleak area but it is really near the centre and the train station, so you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is good (croissants, yogurt, fruit, etc), I don't eat bacon, baked beans or mushrooms in the morning but if you like English breakfast, just help yourself. Nothing wrong with this hotel but I don't think it is good value for money because this place is soulless, not cosy at all.

The room was clean, staff polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast and dinner of the day were pretty good. Rooms have aircon and parking whilst small was very useful

Hotel got the job done - not far from station and reception gave us a fan when it got too hot.

Excellent stay, staff were helpful, rooms were clean, for the price good value. Breakfast was very average but again for the price, good value . Would stay there again. There is parking for £7 a day. Very small but again it’s there

Excellent night at this hotel with a warm welcome from Armit on arrival. The car park is under the hotel and quite tight to get in and out of. The room was a good size and had all the amenities. The dinner menu was quite limited but the food was nice. There is a good buffet breakfast too.
Recensione verificata

6/10 Buono

Room was clean and staff was polite. However, one point to note is that aircon is not available all the time. It only works when external temperature is above 20 degee Celsius. As the hotel allows very limited window opening the room this resulted in limited cool air from coming to cool the room. leading to uncomfortable warm temperature in the room even though outside reported to be 18 degree.
