My stay was negative. The hotel is good, although the structure is a bit dated. Room cleaning is not performed by default, and for a hotel that costs 828 euros for a double room, I find this unacceptable. I requested cleaning twice on the 22nd, but it was not done. On the 22nd, I returned to the hotel at midnight, and it was not possible to get the cleaning service. When I complained on the 23rd, they told me they would offer a refund. After five days, having received no proposal from them, I wrote an email to their customer service, which offered me a refund of about 80 euros. I find this very offensive; I would have preferred at least a discount for the day they did not clean the room. It’s a pity because they could have handled it better.
