Do not stay here. Not clean or safe.

The room had not been cleaned properly prior to our stay. The floor was sticky. There were stains on the sheets of the bed. There was a very strong odor (smelled like dirty diapers). The toilet was really gross, stained, and discolored, along with the shower. The room we stayed in did not look as nice as the photos online. Only one of the 3 lights in the hotel worked. The door to the hotel room is bent as if it has been broken into before. There was no dead bolt on the door. There were also some sketchy looking folks in the parking lot doing god knows what. My boyfriend and I did not feel safe or comfortable in this hotel.

Not worth being a customer

After an 8 hour drive to attend a local wedding with 45 minutes to check in, get dressed and leave for venue, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and would take an additional 30 minutes to prepare. Nicely explained that, that would not work due to wedding starting in 45 minutes. This was met with complete unprofessionalism and excuses about non English speaking colleagues. I proceeded to tell her that means nothing to a paying customer who is attempting to check in after check in time. “Kim” whom just processed my payment became disrespectful displaying nasty attitude opposed to helping solve the issue or offering lobby bathrooms as a changing space so we could be on our way. Wife and I changed into a suit and evening gown and were provided a key to our room 45 minutes after check in. Incompetent and Ignorant staff!

The room i got put in stunk so bad i ended up having to huy cleaning supplies and cleaning a room i paid cash for the bed was so unprofessional stains on the chair we moved rooms found ant and food on the floor again cleaned another room the jet tubs gross the toliet wasnt bolted down i got bit up by i pray to god not bed bugs and they wouldnt reimburse me only gave back my money f I r the 2 nights i didnt stay

Quick stay

Just a stop over before heading up north. Good location, right off exit. Couch in the room was heavily stained, bed was fairly comfortable. Hot shower, but small and cheap towels. Had free breakfast with bagels, toast, wafflemaker, cereal, coffee and tea. Pool was super clean

The property was okay. Staff were friendly. The advertised breakfast was basically a toast/bagel stop. The rooms were adequate. The one negative was the towels were too small and were not sufficient to dry an adult.

When i got to the property my door did not shut or lock, I had about two hours when I was given my new room which was wide open when I arrived and it was not cleaned and the bed and room was a mess with garbage within it , it was 9 pm by the time I was given a suitable room.
