We booked the jacuzzi room and were told we had to pay a security deposit in case we damaged their tub. I was told it would not be charged to my card, and yet it was. It’s been 3 days and the charge is still there. Feeling like I’ve been lied to, the charge should have been explained when booking the room and the deposit should have been returned in a more timely manner. Breakfast was pretty good, egg patties, sausage or bacon, waffles, pastries, toast and cereal. The ice machine wasn’t working, first night we were SOL second night the manager got bags of ice. He didn’t tell his night staff about this so we had to convince him to look
