Was able to get early check in. Pool clean. Quiet except for late check ins(briefly). Washer 4.00 and dryer the same. Had some difficulty in getting hot water for bathing. Water was warm. Day before hot.

The mattress was hard and uneven. You could literally see the dips and high points of the mattress. There was not comforter on the bed or in the room. Only one of my bath towels looked clean/unused. The carpet was worn and dirty. It should be removed. I had to put safety pins in the curtains to keep them closed. The bathroom sind had some type of oily film in it. This was a very bad experience.

Staff was great!!! That was the ONLY reason I gave the review I’m giving. This place needs upgrades and a lot of maintenance!!! Room was rough and people were loud outside until 3am, car alarms loud, and smoking right near my door. Shady characters all around the property, watching people. This is Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at with no hair dryer in the room. The shower curtain bottom was near black/moldy. It was a rough stay for me. I blindly made this reservation. The Assistant Manager saved this from being a 1 Star rating from me.

I received my key and went to the room. It was completely trashed. Obviously neglected and never cleaned. Overwhelming pot smoke smell. I waited in the office for a half hour for a new room and no one ever showed up. I left for another hotel. I called later to complain and no answer. Called hotels.com and they couldn't reach the location. Called the home office and they couldn't reach the location. Tried again the next day, still no answer. Finally got to someone at the home office that promised a refund. -17 out of 10.

We booked two nights but left after the first. We reserved a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly like an ashtray. The bed covers had holes and what appeared to be cigarette burns, several light fixtures were missing bulbs, and there was a plastic bag covering the fire alarm. We reported everything to the front desk and were told someone would fix it, but after leaving the property twice the next day, nothing was done. We eventually removed the bag from the fire alarm ourselves. Then, around 1:00 a.m., we returned from our event and neither of our room keys worked. The front desk was locked, no one was there, and the emergency number went unanswered. After repeatedly knocking and calling, someone finally came out to make new keys. At that point, we decided to leave early. After a 9-hour drive, we expected a clean, safe room and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. We would not stay here again.

Absolutely horrible hotel. Would never stay there again. The front desk closes at 7pm and it took about 45 mins to get a new key made to get in my room. The rooms smelt like there was a dead body in there. Only smelt it when opening the cabinets. Key barely worked when we got there. Had to wait for maintenance to change the whole key lock. Only reason we stayed is because it’s all we could afford at the time.
