This is definitely a rundown facility. The bathtub was rusted out, the shower tile grout was missing everywhere. I would have thought this was a Motel 6.

Dark, dingy rooms with dead bugs, broken cigarette burned furniture, counter tops and curtains that do not close. Tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. People lurking outside and talking loud into the night. Appears there is no security. Office closes at 10pm. No way of contacting them although there is a sign showing a number to call on phone in a exterior box, except there is no way to open the box. I tried to get a refund, but the property only gave me a partial refund.

This hotel is falsely advertised. It is essentially a long term stay option for folks in between housing. It is old, dank, stained, smelly. Our sheets had hair on them (the bottom sheet...but really, does it matter? It wasn't my hair. End of story). The staff was as nice and accomodating as can be, so 4 stars for them. But it was not what I expect from Extended Stay -- especially by an airport -- it did not feel safe, and we ended up leaving.

I asked four different comes for clean. Sheets, and I never received them Over a 2 week, stay my stovetop was broke, so I only had one small burner to use. I reported it. They said that they would have it fixed. And I never seen anyone come.It was never fixed

Unfortunately the rooms weren’t as cleaned as I hoped. The first 2 rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and I tried to stay in there but sitting in there for a few minutes gave me a headache. The 3rd room smelled better and fresh.when I walked in the light didn’t work. Had to go all the way into the “kitchen” to turn a light on, But unfortunately I was digested to find a roach in the towels. And hair on the bed including pubic hair. This was so disgusting. On top of that the shower head had tape at the top which cause it to spray everywhere and wet the floor. I fact that I have to call from an outside phone and wait for someone to come down to assist me in the front office is crazy.

I found a dead water beetle under the pillow of the room that was assigned to me. Further there was a condom wrapper on the side of the dresser. Upon my complaint, I was moved to a new room, and offered a $20 credit. The second room had water damage in the bathroom, and the front door didn't close all the way. The floors could have used a mop and were slightly sticky. Overall, I was extremely disappointed given the cost of the rooms.
