Everything was Terrible. From the moment I pulled up all the way until I left. Didn’t get the room I paid for, the oven has rust, they have bed bugs and roaches, and last but certainly not least the mold on the ceiling. If you’re looking for a looking for a cheap hotel with low maintenance and poor customer service this is the place to go.

The hallways and rooms had a musty smell to them. It was awful. As a result, everything in the room, like the linens smelled musty. When I got home, I had to wash all of my clothes, even the ones that I did not use because they smelled bad. The side doors of the hotel were propped open where anyone could waltz right into the hotel and vandalize or assault the guests. I would have left immediately, but I did not have time to look for another hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Nice People/management and all staff. Amenities were mostly dated, old plumbing, electrical systems, etc. room charging stations... None The Elevator, I could climb a rock wall with bare hands faster.. breakfast, Luke wam coffee and a Muffin the size of a tid-bit. Big fail. The care that was provided by the staff was excellent. Very commendable

Got here and first of all staff put us on 3 rd floor with knowing elevator was out of order! As soon as opened the door was live roach on the floor then one crawled fast by the tv on the table !staff said nothing that can do about it! Then the tub water constantly running and no towels couldn’t get no help! Called supvisor filed a complaint!

The room had roaches, room and bathroom weren't clean properly, had 2 USED TP rolls, the pictures made it look nicer than it was, the floors always felt wet. Had a weird smell when you'd enter the room, drawers and cabinets were basically falling off, someone was dealing outside the property every day, and buttons for the elevator were broken and elevator felt wonky. Only good thing was the lady working the front was very nice and helpful, and the AC worked well but the window was cracked. Breakfast minimal, like coffee and muffins, better than nothing though.

Our room did not have any towels. Staff made excuses that their washing machine was broken. This hotel was advertised as having a fully stocked kitchen…there was nothing there for us to use. No chairs in the room to sit anywhere except on the bed. Will not stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, only stayed one night because it was late and we had no choice. Trash piled up everywhere, filthy carpets in the hallway, no towels because laundry machine was broken, cockroaches crawling all over my room, worst hotel I’ve ever been to. When talking to the manager on the phone a few days later to get a receipt she was rude and unhelpful, other staff were overwhelmed and trying their best but in an absolutely terrible environment to work.

They don't believe in butt cans. There's trash blowing everywhere. When we got in the room,there were no towels. My buddy had to go get them. The phone had no wire,couldn't call the desk and complain about no towels. The room was clean.
