Flies
Upon checking in to our room that was already set up we came across several issues with our 1st room. The door was hard to open and when we 1st attempted to close it there was an issue with the lock sticking and not wanting to close. Then once we got in we wanted to eat and shower. There however where several flies in the room And not small nats. We shushed them away. After that we decided to shower. The tub was filthy. And my boyfriend attempted to use the toilet but there was no water in the tank to the back of the toilet. We informed front desk. Without any hassle we where moved to another room (considered an upgrade due to the circumstances). Once again filthy tub. Flies met us at the door AGAIN !! Our fridge didn't keep things cool either..... Upon waking up to Leave out we showered only to see several bed bugs bites on both of us. We where on a tight schedule and both needed to work early.. The lobby was full of guests so we decided to wait for the opportunity to inform you that these happened. This is my 2nd visit to this location. And I am not happy and shall not return. Our hard earned money was wasted. The only actual employee that maintained professionalism was Yolanda. I was locked out my room from 10pm til at least 730am. The latch was half hung and the door was stuck. The gentleman from 2nd shift refused to look into the issue and laughed it off and left. Yolanda insured my safety and took care of business...
