We had 3 rooms for a family wedding nearby. The hotel was going through some renovations but not a problem. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual you’d expect for included hotel breakfast, but there was good, hot coffee available throughout the day in the lobby. Jeff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Location was convenient and more quiet than I expected, which was great. We visited the OCC (great motorcycle stuff, mediocre food) 2 min away and the Parkside Cafe (excellent food!) 4 min away. Our family had a great stay! Would stay again!

It was a great stay for my family. The beds were comfy and the room big enough for four. The breakfast was excellent. Eh and sausage choice as well as cereal and waffles. Very good and a great end to the stay!!

The room was well keep and clean. The night manager was very nice and courteous. All the staff was. My only grip was the pool need more care. It had green algae in it but it was chlorinated. The breakfast was very good but the coffee was way too strong. The dining area well kept and the lady made sure it was well stocked.

The place was nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful. The amenities were OK. The weight room didn’t have much waste, but I was able to work out. Location to everywhere was pretty good. You have a great day there.

Room was clean been recently remodeled. I was on the street side and traffic was very noisy, looks like they might be replacing windows, which they need. The comforter was very thin, had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to adjust thermostat. Wanted to sleep in, but the alarm was preset for 6:00 so that didn’t happen and then the construction noise kicked in. So had a very rough night. Loved that they use Dove products in the bathroom.

Great staff, they were so pleasant and polite. The rooms were very nice and clean. The first room we were given had AC issues, I called down to the desk and within 5 minutes the desk clerk came up, checked that he couldn’t fix the issue and had us in a new room with keys he brought with him. It was handled perfectly! Everything was clean and neat. We will definitely stay here next time we are in St. Pete again!

I enjoyed the staycation very much!!! The housekeeping was amazing and cleaned my room every single day, clean towels, made the bed took out the trash. The staff was very helpful and polite especially Jeff at the front desk. I even enjoyed the pool area that was also clean and reserved for people who have little kids , family members and they do not allow horse play no so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

I had a bad experience with it. I’m still waiting for my $100 security deposit to be returned more than two weeks after my stay. I hope the hotel can resolve this soon. Other than the deposit issue, the stay itself was good.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience

This was perfect nice and clean friendly staff we took a last min trip to visit a friend in the hospital and the location was perfect staff was great clean room . Only one thing I would say negative and it was my mistake I went down for breakfast at 9:30 thinking it closed at 10 :00. My mistake . I wanted to fix something for my husband for the day before I left . I apologized and told her I thought they closed at 10:00 . She didn’t miss a beat rushing to take it away, but I felt she could have asked me if I needed anything (I’ve already put the — Away would you like some ?) t I can wait a few min so you can get what you need .. Just a kind gesture. I would stay here again Location is perfect for anyone in the hospital

Took 15 minutes to get checked in, while the desk clerk kept checking the computer. The room was prepaid via Hotels.com. The clerk also charged my credit card for incidentals, which has NOT been refunded to my credit card. It's been over 4 days since I checked out. NOT happy!
