Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, but didn't have an travel dirty clothes bags. Also didn't have an extra comforter for the sofa bed, but did have sheet. Didn't use the sofa bed because there was trash, someone's dirty sock in it and the mattress on the sofa bed didn't look clean.

Very disappointing start to the stay with having the pool closed on the first day. We was told it would be closed for maintenance that day and the following day however it was open the next day but we had already rearranged our plans. Pancakes were unavailable both days, wgich was bad as 2 kid s were only wanting to eat them. Staff were very nice.
