Wow this is quite the quirky hotel. Crumbling grandeur is how it’d describe it.
I loved the ocean being right there, you could hear the waves crashing and the sea breeze (wind) was invigorating. The pool was nice for a dip and lying on the loungers down on the sand was very relaxing.
The room was huge, aircon was cool, and there is some really interesting art in the property.
Everything is very run down though, all the fittings and furniture in my room, there’s a ripped up tennis courts and lots of cats (very sweet little creatures but adds to the Greek ruins vibe), there’s a sign warning to use the safe but it’s unusable. The entrance from the street is unwelcoming.
It has all seen better days and it’s just a little bit creepy.
