Overall, our stay at the resort did not quite hit the mark. While there were some positives such as being able to check in early, easy beach access, and friendly housekeeping staff, there were several downsides that affected our experience.
The beach was very crowded and there was a volleyball event taking place which made it nearly impossible to find a spot to set up. Additionally, there were sand grits on the floor of our room upon arrival, which is umderstamdable given it is impossible to clean it all. Our floor was also full of party goers, who were disruptive and even banged on our door in the middle of the night thinking they were at their room.
We had trouble locating towels for the pool and had to figure things out on our own. We also thought our stay included breakfast buffet, but that was not the case. The lack of a fan option in the room to drown out noise from other guests was also a downside.
In hindsight, we wish we had chosen a condo for our stay instead. Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives outweighed them and we were left feeling disappointed with our experience at the resort.
