Weekend dump
My stay at this hotel started in good spirits for my aunts 86th birthday. My self and several family members booked rooms at this hotel. My daughter and I with the help of my nephew went to my room only to find roaches in the room. That’s was very upsetting to me as you can imagine coming from a 8 hr drive. Only to find out also no elevator service for my elderly parents to be re-accommodated to the second floor with the rest of the 9 rooms booked. So the second floor appeared to be cleaner and no sign of bugs. Wrong! Some of the rooms also had roaches. We were told no refunds because we booked through a third party, hotels.com. Some of the showers weren’t working. Some rooms televisions weren’t working. We were willing to make the best of a very bad situation. The disappointments just keep coming night after nite. Venting machine in the lobby not working. Staff very unfriendly. We were inconvenienced in so many ways. On checkout day they gave my parents a lousy 10% discount for the bugs and for the broken shower and television in the 2nd room they were given. And after coming in the lobby to say our goodbye to family members, return to some of the rooms and before 11:00a checkout the keys to the rooms no longer worked. When addressed by all the above issues there was always excuses. The young man on duty the day of check out cussed me. It was awful. I recommend any hotel but this one until they get their act together and up to code. There was other issues. But I have picture
