Room was clean, bed was very comfortable but there was no fan in the bathroom. Staff is excellent. We were there because we had a medical procedure early next morning and the staff went out of there way wo help get us to where we needed to be and on time.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and staff was so friendly and welcoming. We used the valet service which was nice as our car was ready and waiting for us when we were ready to go somewhere in Buffalo.
The breakfast which was included was good and includes juice, coffee, eggs (2 ways), sausage, home fried potatoes, breads and muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and a neat pancake making machine. It's self service but was kept fresh and hot by two wonderful staffers.
Prentiss who was in charge of the breakfast our first morning there was able to think ahead of you and made you feel welcome and well cared for. He literally answered questions we had before we even had a chance to ask him about things. Honestly, he was truly a wonderful person and it was a pleasure to have him take care of us.
