We were staying 2 nights before we could meet up with friends. The property was well situated for us. near food and other amenities. The breakfast was lovely, it was hot and well presented. The pool area was very nice. Beautiful loungers, hot tub, waterfall and nice centered for all rooms. The little shore was well stocked for persons who had forgotten an item and it was not outrageously priced. Air conditioned clean rooms, nicely decorated. Elevator was useful. Rueben at front desk was amazingly helpful.

Size of the room was good. Breakfast was good. But the bad thing was the bathroom. We checked in around 10pm. we were really tired. when saw the bathtub was disgusting. because was late I tried to clean as i needed a shower. Got in for a shower and bathtub was clog. so gross. No one was able to have a shower that night. in the morning advise the receptionist, someone came to look and the guy said when they painted the tub someone let the paint go into the drain. anyone they came twice and nothing was resolved. stayed for 2 nights. i think that room 239 should not be offered to anyone until is really resolved. I would expected for them to offer me another room right from the beginning of my problem. Another thing, my daughter forgot her fitbit on the breakfast table, when she realized that ,2 hours later, we came back and was gone. no one saw anything. i hoped that they could check the cameras. anyway. bathroom for me is big thing must be really clean for me to go back. and bacause of my experience i woul not go back. my suggestion, do not offer room 239 until you fix and make sure is clean.

Ok room and decent location. Did not like that I arrived 15 minutes early along with other guests 10 and 3 minutes later and desk would not allow us to check in staying it would be a $30 charge, but had us waiting 20 minutes after check in time to shift change and trying to figure out if they had any rooms clean and resulted in changing my room. They also were not very covid 19 aware, because the staff did not have masks or partitions between them and guests and there were no covid 19 postings

Wonderful Stay!

I'm so sad to hear this location is closing. It was quiet, super clean, friendly staff (despite the fact they are losing their jobs!), the pool and jacuzzi was lovely - location was perfect. I loved staying at this property and stay again if they were staying open!

It meets all the basics of the typical Best Western but you can see it is aging and could use a basic facelift.

Very clean and well kept up hotel. Staff, especially Taylor, was very friendly and helpful. Beds are a little on the firm size for me, but other than that no complaints. Housekeeping and maintenance on site most of the day and night. Planning another visit in a few months, hoping that hot breakfast will be back by then, it is temporarily just a breakfast bag due to Covid restrictions.

Great for families.

Great place for families wanting to experience Clearwater Beach. Our 5 year old is still learning to swim and loved the kiddie pool with waterfall. We enjoyed the hot tub and regular pool. Breakfast was nice and everything else was wonderful.

Unprofessional service

We were asked to move after our 2 nights because of their hot water maintenance but rather than upgrading us as the manager stated for the remaining of our stay they put us in a smaller room which they offered and said its suite. Unprofessional considering we were the one who got bothered and waisted our vacation time packing and unpacking again for their convenience

2/10 Scarso

There was water on the carpet of the room. The clients around the room were threatening and one person asks my guest for money. This is unacceptable . My guest was scared and appalled by this.
