The staff & management are kind, And knowledgeable. Time has taken a toll on this property. Attention to Detail Is missing. TV’s don’t work, Floors stained & carpets need thorough cleansing. One gets what one pays for! Serious cleaning & or replacing. Breakfast buffet is marginal!

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, there is no elevator and I was on the second floor. Also, the bathroom is in need of some serious maintenance. There appeared to be black mold on the wall And the grout around the tub had mildew.

2/10 Scarso

We had two rooms and they were both filthy. The beds were so nasty, we went to the local store and bought blankets to lay on. Walls had stuff splattered on them. Shower was moldy. I would NEVER book with them again. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work and the next room’s door did not lock.

2/10 Scarso

so you start by walking into a nicer lobby, which is masked with 4 to 5 air sent devices to hide and cover all of the mold. Once you get on the lobby, the main common hallways, and the rooms smell very strong, intense mold. We stayed there in early August when it was extremely hot and humid and you walk into your room and they have zero air circulation going in the rooms which of course led to a very potent mold odor again. Sheets were damn like wet, not fully dried or from lack of air circulation. When we first arrived at the hotel and tried to check in the overnight, staff tried to say they did not have my hotel.com booking and made me pay for the room on site even though the registration was already paid for through hotels.com. That will be my one positive feedback to the hotel is Harry was able to help me get a refund on this. Needless to say, there’s plenty of other options in the area and I would avoid the quality Inn at magee especially if you have kids or family
