Pros: easy continental breakfast, close to the red line bus, easy to get to nearby restaurants, super staff, clean linens and comfortable bed, quiet rooms. Cons: Property is under renovation and they are renting out half-finished rooms that are still seriously run down - no hairdryer, blackout shades with holes, beat up furniture. While the property website indicates the pool is under renovation, so is the jacuzzi.

Location is excellent, and easy access to the free bus system to get to the mountain and around town. This hotel is undergoing changes, not all positive. First, the hotel reports it is undergoing a total remodel. Hopefully good outcome when done. Second, the hotel breakfast went from decent to terrible. No eggs or sausage anymore and paltry other selections. Third, new fees. I tried to check in at 1:40, instead of 3pm. They told me the room was ready, but would have to charge me $50 to get in an hour and 20 minutes early. Wet and tired from spring skiing this was a crummy money grab on a $149 a night room. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 12 times in the last 5 years. This was my last visit.
