Nightmare
My son and I were there for my brothers viewing; I booked a king bed with pull out queen bed; I ended up with a roll away bed that felt like I was sleeping on nails! Horrible experience! Not Wyndham quality at all 😡

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place was a dump and a very uncomfortable experience. I booked a room (2 queen beds) for 3 nights. Upon arrival the front desk gal said they overbooked and put us in a king suite instead, glad we last minute didn't bring the kids! Otherwise they would have had to sleep on a disgusting stained couch. Key wouldn't work to our room but the maintenance guy showed up how to credit card the door to get in, and told us not to tell anyone that the lock was having problems. SKETCH. So yes, we had to credit card the door to get in every single time. I showered and the entire tub faucet came shooting off, blasting water from the copper pipe. They fixed it. Then the toilet stopped working. At this point i asked for a full refund and wanted to just get out of there! But of course the gal "couldn't get ahold of a manager" employee was also drunk while working, with a visible bottle of liquor behind the desk. All the staff were extremely sketchy. Unsure if half of them even actually worked there. Then the guy was installing new camera's... but not normal ones... A ring doorbell camera at the back entrance, plugged into the wall.. the kind you have an app too... SKETCH. The place was so gross. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! IT WAS A DISGUSTING DUMP, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOMODATING, NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID, OR ANY MONEY AT ALL! THIS IS YOUR WARNING TO NEVER STAY HERE, EVER!!!!!

Rude house keeper worker
When I check in i went to the room it was hair in the bed i used my purple light to see if it was stains on the sheet. I seen staind i went to the front desk and they sent a house keeper to my room and she was rude keep smirking. And she said they professional like i could have made the bed up my self I work in that field of house keeping.

Do not stay here
The desk clerk was pleasant at check in and efficient. The room, however, was awful. I paid too much for such an awful room in disrepair. I purchased a salad and a 6 pack of pudding for my stay, but the refrigerator didn't work right and wasn't cold; I lost $3.50 worth of pudding. I tried to call front desk, but the phone was broken. The lights on the desk lamp were burned out and the one flourescant wall light wasn't working well. The toilet wasn't bolted down and it wobbled when sat upon, and it would've stop running, so I closed the door, minimizing the light in the room. The shower area had water damage, as did the ceiling. The tub was dirty, as were the outlets and blow dryer holder. The door was damaged and also the trim. This was honestly the worst motel room I've stayed in and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. There wa mention of that in the description. The bed was comfy and clean. The towel s were fluffy and clean too! It had a newly shampooed carpet smell, but aired out after i turned on the fan. The bathroom was just cosmetically refreshed, but still had a smell. I mean its a bathroom, but you dont really want tonhave tonrun the fan all the time because it smells like urine. I was in room 108 Both the front desk workers were very friendly and accommodating.

Adequate accommodation for the money
Adequate. Housekeeping was Adequate. They were attentive, but I suspect they aren't given enough time to spend on all the rooms, because I found walls weren't cleaned when we arrived. Staff was friendly, until i had to talk to the manager about some of the front desk staff constantly smoking immediately outside of the entrance/exit. After 3 and a half days of our stay trying to work with them, informing them that i have asthma (and I'm 63 yrs old at that) we had to resort to speaking to the manager who was attentive, understood and spoke to their staff about it. Unfortunately, not all involved complied with the hotel rules of staying in designated smoking areas and one person in particular was disrespectful to my need to have the front entrance/exit being smoke free.other than that, other staff and the manager were helpful, pleasant and attentive. We did need to extend our stay by another week, but opted to go somewhere else due to the health-related issue.

Not updated since the 80's, worn out!
The furniture looked like it came out of the dumpster it was so badly dinged up. The curtains had a blood stain and the door had marks on it like so.eone tried to chip away the wood at the door handle to break in. It was a total wreck! YUCK! It was the only option or I would have left.

La verdad el cuarto estaba demasiado sucio la carpeta no estaba aspirada y se caminaba y estaba pegajosa fue horrible un olor desagradable en el cuarto aunque puse mi perfume para ver si Javi podía descansar y no pude tuve que salir inmediatamente dejé la habitación como una estuve

Very Misleading Reviews!
The reviews were totally misleading. There was nothing exceptional. The breakfast was skimpy. The entire place needs an overhaul. The bed and bedding were fine. Front desk person was nice. Hot tub was under repair. It looked like people lived there almost homeless.

Great staff & comfortable rooms
First, the hotel staff (Josh, Melissa & company) are a first class, professional team that made my stay one of the best ever! As far as the property goes, the are working through a complete remodel so some things aren’t what they will be soon (pool closed, some rooms under construction, etc.) but it was quiet, comfortable, clean and a great place to stay for the price!
