I am very pleased with my stay here, apartment was cosy, and well stocked view was exceptional, the pool was beautiful and our host was warm, friendly, readily available and very helpful! I also uterlise the rental service which made it even better! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely be returning. I highly recommend HILL VIEW APARTMENT and VEHICLE RENTALS!!

Hillview are good standard apartments and studios and Makida is fantastic- I’ll give her 5* for her amazing customer service and being so friendly & helpful. The views are amazing! Yes it’s up a short very steep hill but as long as your fairly fit it should be be an issue- location is great for St George’s end of Grand Anse beach. Bed firm and comfortable, good Aircon, good WiFi and hot water. Decent small plunge pool. It’s a shame the owner is not the friendliest of Hosts! But if you ignore that and the fact that the car hire side of the business is all around you- it’s a great, reasonably priced base to explore beautiful Grenada. With a bit of extra attention these apartments could be amazing! So much potential- but we stayed 2 weeks and apart from the above small things I would 100 recommend for Grenada on a budget! Thanks Makida you were amazing and deserve a pay rise!!

When I arrived, it was very hot and dark. I turned the AC on and it was broken. The fridge was unplugged and moldy, the television remote had the batteries removed, the plates and glass cups were dirty and unwashed. There were no towels, toilet paper or bedding. There was a single pillow on the bed. The floors were not cleaned and you could not walk barefoot. There was poor lighting. The apartment is in very poor condition, but the staff was very kind, polite and pleasant. It was easy to cancel the reservation through expedia

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Took the time tonexplain about local facitites. Flight was late getting in. But very helpful in pointing out how to get about. View from front is beautiful. Didnt try the pool although kook very inviting.

The room was ok .. the Check in process was horrible. The lady at the front desk was on a personal call which was ok speaker and didn’t come off the phone to do the check in process .. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I’ll never stay there again

I will be honest. I was so tired I do not recall a thing about this stay at Hillview, which means it must have been quiet and comfortable as usual. As usual, will stay again.

Hillview is quite possibly the worst possible name for this establishment. It is much more accurately named Beautiful Sea Views. After driving or walking up one of the steepest hills you will encounter near Grand Anse, you will be rewarded with beautiful poolside views of Grand Anse beach and a poolside bar. More importantly, I have stayed here several times and the staff and service professionals have always gone above and beyond to meet every need. Some have complained that there are no refunds and that is probably the only thing you will not receive from Hillview. Several people have complained about the owner's gruff demeanor but he also goes above and beyond to make sure that residents are accommodated. For the price, there are very few places worth a stay more than Hillview in Grenada. Also, I don't know if it's just my bad luck or what but every vehicle I have rented from Hillview or elsewhere has had some major or minor issue so I will not hold that against Hillview. If you are looking for local living, a poolside retreat, and some of the most amazing views, THEN Hillview is worth a stay.

Hill view has the most incredible view over grand Anse from the pool. We had a pleasant stay at Hill view. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the view is out of this world!

We recently had a two week stay at Hillview apartments. The unit was comfortable with a balcony that had spectacular views. The basics were included. The owner, Chris was helpful as well as his staff. Yes, there is a steep hill to climb up the road, but an alternative is to take the grassy lawn in the front. It was nice after a day at the beach to have a dip in the pool and enjoy the sunset. The property itself could use a little tidying up. There are usually a lot of people around that aren't staying at the complex. Sometimes it can get loud and busy. A few evenings we had some street noise and dogs barking. (its in a residential area) but we had brought ear plugs and it was all good. Really nice stay and great value. Would recommend Hillview for the budget friendly and those who aren't worried about luxury stays.

This hotel is very high hill , I had a knee problem for me come down and up it was hard. Wish they provided service for seniors with knee problems. We stayed in the room for few days . Wish I knew this before my booking.

I booked the family apartment on the 16th January for our visit to Grenada. A couple days before our arrival, the receptionist calls to inform us that the family apartment was over booked by one day, and that just for that day/night we will be given 2 separate apartments and move into the family apartment on the second day. This was fine and I agreed. To make a long story short, these apartments do not live up the expectations as pictured. If you’re traveling with small children it is VERY unsafe. We stayed half the day and demanded a refund due to the condition of the apartments. Apartment 1- appliances seemed very outdated, except the kettle. The roof in the kitchen was falling as there was a big hole. The TV that was supposed to be on the wall was on a table not plugged in which I later found out was because they don’t usually use that apartment. There was dust on one of the beds and termite droppings on the second bed. The shower had cobweb, soap scum and calcium build up on the soap dish and the sink faucet constantly leaks, causing water to soak the floor, again they were aware of this. The towels were dingy and discolored which they informed me this was used to wipe the wet floor. When we checked the second apartment, shower had no shower head, and cobweb in the shower and I didn’t stay long enough to view the room. Safe to say.. NEVER AGAIN

The pictures used to advertise the property are very misleading. The surroundings are kept dirty and the place could do with an uplift. The apartments were cleaner than expected however. Vehicle we rented was in poor condition as well.
