The front desk staff went above and beyond to get us into our room after they had to deal with a city water shutoff. We got into our room and it was an upgrade..surprise for sure!
This is our go to hotel when we are in Kelowna for a concert. Room is always clean, breakfast included and it's an easy Uber ride to the warerfrint.
