Positive: Shared balcony with other guests had beautiful views of the bay. Rooms at rear were comfortable with good AC. Parking was free and easy. Kitchen was well equipped except for lack of microwave. Easy walk down to a sheltered beach and to the town. Several nice little restaurants within walking distance.
Other: if you rent all three rooms with family or close friends the need to walk through public hallway to shower for 2 of the rooms shouldn't be an issue. Similarly the shared balcony that lets people look into the windows of two of the rooms should not be an issue. May be a little uncomfortable if you are renting fewer than all 3 rooms.
