Stayed at this hotel with some coworkers for a conference. We checked out in the morning to finish our conference, the hotel held onto our bags. We took an Uber back to the hotel to get our bags and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel had been under construction while we stayed there but there was no issue. Upon returning to get our bags, the entire lobby was closed and covered in plastic for painting. We got our bags from the desk as asked to use the restroom, they told it is was out of service due to construction. We asked if we could use a bathroom in a room and they said no, they had no bathroom we could use on property. The we asked about the shuttle, they said it would be back in 25 minutes, and we had to wait outside as there was no lobby, so my group had to stand out in the rain, with no bathroom available and wait for the shuttle.
