Not a 10.
The best part about the stay was honestly the food we ordered from the restaurant. We arrived late and we were tired. We ordered a burger and the Salmon. So if those are for you, you will not be disappointed.
The not so best part. We arrived well after check in. There were no luggage carts. The gentleman that checked us in could have been related to Wednesday. No smile. No welcoming disposition. Nevertheless, we got checked in.
We made it to the room, got our showers, and settled in to watch TV. It took a bit. The remote was hidden in the dresser drawer and there was only one. So the living area and the bedroom shared one. The note on the front table said they would not be doing room service unless asked due to short staffing. The short staffing was apparent. The furniture had not been dusted and we had to rinse out the tub. We could have said something but chose not to. It was one night. The next morning we went to eat breakfast. We generally stay at Embassy due to my food allergy. The tables that were available were dirty. So I found a clean station and cleaned off the table and wiped it down. We did the same when we were finished for the next person thinking it would be the same for them. The poor gentleman at the egg station. He was doing all he could but he was alone and the line was long and not moving. So, coffee and oatmeal it was. The lady greeting people as they came in was very nice though.
Will not return.
