Since our check-in, the staff treated us very coldy and didn't give us any advice or suggestions regards to our stay. Unfortunately, I had an accident just after my arrival in Lyon with it resulting in a severe distortion to my right knee. I was forced to stay in bed for two days and then I went out a couple of times with crutches and an orthopedic brace. No one asked if I needed help or what have happened or how did I feel. A complete lack of emphaty or kindness. One of the boys at the reception, Julien, was unwilling to help me to call a taxi or to get my boarding card printed. I speak fluently French and he answered me in terrible English. Moreover, the staff (Julien in particular) was unpolite, unwelcoming, unhelpful, uncaring, unprofessional, disorganized, etc.
