We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel. It’s conveniently located and has a lot of dining and shopping options in walking distance.
The bar next door is great and always a good spot.
Cleaning is careful and quick.
The fitness center is an absolute joke - don’t consider it a fitness center or gym or anything close to it.

Exploring Berlin by e-bike was amazing! I rode for two hours and explored much of the city. We loved our huge room, we had a suite and the sleeper sofa was comfy. The area was the best in Berlin and accessible. I would stay here again.

Compliments: The staff was attentive and available. Room was always clean. Welcome drink and candy station was thoughtful but perhaps you could provide warm cookies instead.
Critiques: app and phones did not work so we needed to request services and items in person during our stay. Was unaware that my first room was facing the train track (this would be helpful to add to the description of the room).
Overall, this was a nice place to stay! Next trip to Germany, I would stay again.
