The front staff at check in was unfriendly even though it was late at night. There was water damage in one corner of our room and there was a hole punched in the wall behind the bathroom door. In the parking lot, trash was littered around.

Specifically asked for a balcony and put in my special request, and was not a balcony. Early check in was great but having water in a room for you not to be able to drink unless you a member is a bit much! I should be able to drink a water without being charged $3 cause I'm not a member! I was a guest there for a ball game usually do Airbnb but was just there for the night. Nice room and bathroom room but probably will not stay at any Hilton in the near future, plus nothing said we had to pay to park $15 a day when you pay $200 a night to sleep is a bit ridiculous!
