Horrible
I ask for the lowest price to be given to me
Which I was told by the staff member was 7 usd lower than what I was charged
I was upset
I told the staff member to credit my card since she made me aware of the lower cost
She said she couldnt
I was not happy
I was given a key card to 302
I arrive to a used unclean room
I was upset
I was told "Im sorry"
The female staff member stated she could cancel the credit card transaction and I could find another hotel
I asked wait ✋️ U can cancel but you couldn't give me my $7 lower cost to the original hotel bill
Excuse me🤨
I was a bit more Vexed
Now, I was given another room with a person to escort me his name was Angel
I did ask for blankets
The assigned room 427 was cold
I did ask for 2 blankets the room was cold
The noise level was high construction I don't really know just annoying 😒
In the grand scheme I am a sole traveler
It waa dark and late to secure a new hotel stay
I was disappointed
Honestly, I don't think the establishment deserve the credit card purchase as the hotel services were not rendered
