Not at all like the pictures. Room and interior building smelt of cigarettes. Pool is not functional. Stains on ceilings, random holes in walls, cigarette burn marks in bedding, toliet seat needed to be replaced, chair was broken and fabric torn. If your looking for a quick place to lay your head where you can watch drugs deals happen in the distance, this is your place to stay. Not worth the cost and amenities are incorrectly listed on hotel website.

This was by far the worst experience I had in a hotel. I reserved a handicap suite…the manager said one wasn’t available and put us on the second floor with no elevator. My sister had to get out of her wheelchair to climb up the stairs with my nephew and I to assist. Guy ran my card twice, so he ended up charging me $900 total instead of the 400 for the 2 days. Honestly the property is so dilapidated I’m surprised they didn’t have rates by the hour. The vending machine didn’t work either, and I saw a roach crawling on the wall in the hallway as I came back one evening. I never saw any in the room though. If you want to be treated badly go there to the “Anything but” Quality In .

The room had ants in it. Housekeeping never came to exchange towel or to offer room service. To many homeless people hanging around the premises. Serve the same breakfast every day we were there. Not a good place to stay

Our stay was good over all. The room was clean and we were able to pay a small fee to check in early. The office chair handle was broken, the toilet wasn’t very stable and pulled from the wall a bit, and the bathroom sink was missing a stopper.

This hotel is really run down, in a sketchy area surrounded by construction. There was a man peeing in the parking lot, no elevator, it was VERY hot and there was a bug in the bathroom. Would not stay again.

The room reeked of smoke, bedspreads had cigarettes holes in them ,( we were suppose to be in a non smoking room ) mold around edge of ceilings, mold on ceiling in bathroom, hallways smelled of cigarette and other things, carpet in room very dirty . We heard a lot of banging of doors in the middle of the night. Bathroom dirty, it seemed like the smoke got worse in our room as the night went on

My fire alarm was detached. I also had a mouse in my room and had to switch. There was a lot of banging noises and weren’t a lot of blankets. i’m pretty sure it was missing a sheet. Front desk was very helpful though, they got me a new room with no issue.

dirty bathroom, faucet kept leaking, had to change the sheets cause they were dirty , they tried to charge me in the middle of the night while i was sleep even though the payment was cash and when i went down to the front desk one of the indian guys in a blue jacket and glasses told me because “ i said i wanted to stay another night “ when i never said that and even if i did why would you try to charge me 83 then lower it to 80 like there trying to see how much is on my card and they tried it 6 times and if i was gonna stay another night i would’ve paid it in cash and when im 18 i had to give my mom the cash so she can pay it so if I’m not old enough to book a room myself what makes you think i can book for another night …. and there are bloody prints and nasty stains on the walls… very gross

It was in a weird, industrial area and appeared to be primarily used for truckers and temp housing (?). It felt unsafe and secluded at night. We had a no smoking room, and immediately upon entering, the hallways and rooms smelled like smoke. Our first room had no door lock, and when we complained, they gave us a new room. The second room had dog hair in the bed, and the room in general was very worn out. There was an area of carpet chewed up by a dog, large patches of missing ceiling texture, patched walls, rusty, scratched up doors, rusty bathrub and the toilet seat was melted in places. The breakfast in the morning was cereal and toast. There was no waffle maker, and the juice machines were broken. It was a poor stay. If we hadnt gotten in so late and been so tired, there is no way we would have stayed.

I was surprised to learn, at check-in, that I was required to pay a $100 deposit. I told the clerk this was not mentioned on the website and asked for some proof this was an actual policy. He simply said it is the policy and it would be returned in "3-5 business days". That was 8 days ago, and it has not been returned. Second, I did notice the clerk was wearing a winter coat and the lobby was very cold (I think it was about 12° on Feb 20) but I was not expecting the Continental Breakfast to be cold. The pan, holding pancakes, was plugged in but the dial was set at 0. Good, thawed pancakes but a little warmth would have made them even better on that frigid day.
