Booked a two night stay, issues started while attempting to park. Waited for 20 minutes for the valet - no one came. In the end I drove down the ramp and parked myself in one of the valet spaces, and was met by one of the valets who told me they were short staffed! I notice how staffing levels have become a standard reason for falling short on service. It's not the customer's problem. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment in the lobby area, and check in , if you can find it, is a table set up in a meeting room on the second floor.
There is NO ROOM SERVICE at this hotel.
And the final ignominy was waking up in the morning covered in angry red bites and welts, on my back, legs, arms, FACE and HAIRLINE. Bed bug bites - I was distraught as I was attending an event that evening, and felt humiliated and embarrassed. I informed reception and said I would be checking out and moving to another hotel which I finally was able to do at 2.00 pm. "Reception" told me they would refund me a night of the two night stay. Frankly it's despicable that they wanted to charge me for even one night. Subsequently - the hotel has charged me for both nights of the stay and two nights of parking. Marks are still emerging on my skin now. This whole experience has been distressing and humiliating. I was compelled to move to a different hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.
