Disappointed that one of the two eaterieswe wanted to dine at
was closed. So we ate offsite- 9pm return (told at check in bar would close at 9:30) and couldn’t even get a drink- 5 staff standing around and to be told no- pretty disappointed.

The location is ideal. One of the best in the city. However the decor is a bit dated and the beds not comfortable. Reception area seems a bit dark and gloomy not bright and welcoming. But location is top notch and for that reason we will most likely be staying here again but I wish they upgrade the beds

Wow !!! This hotel been upgraded furnishing art so so beautiful. This art inspired my 13 year old grandson. We both had a lovely weekend and felt v special.

Great little boutique hotel with a wonderful location directly across the street from the Museum and the marina and about a 15 minute walk to the cable car.
Wonderful art throughout the entire hotel and beautifully curated.
The hippopotamus restaurant is great with a great view.
Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
