We were there recently and on the whole, enjoyed this hotel. Ours was a 1 bedroom suite/2 queen beds (three adult guests). The suite was more than large enough for us to stretch out with enough seating in the living area. Our bedroom faced the main street (44th Ave) and if you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise may bother you. Bathroom sink and toilet/shower were separate, which is fine except the toilet/shower room is pretty small.
Living room is equipped with microwave, fridge, small sink and Keurig coffee maker. The front door faces the exterior walkway and the door and front window are French door style so there is a lot of glass. We had to keep the curtains closed for privacy but this made the room really dark. The paint and decor are also (maybe a little outdated) dark so it was sort of a cave. Overall, everything was in good repair and clean so that was a plus.
Only neg things we experienced were elevator shut down (though there was another to use) and plates of food left on tables in the outdoor area for a couple of days.
