We reserved 2 rooms. Upon check in, a mistake was made by the front desk. Even though we had been issued keys for both rooms, the hotel only had us registered in one. Blamed it on 3rd party reservation. They send security up at 1130 PM wanting to know who was in the room that they hadn’t registered. This was a handicap room for my son who is in a wheelchair….the rooms were adjoining. I went down to the desk to straighten this out. They acknowledged it was their fault and not ours. Said the manager would address the next day. Did not happen and manager never on site when I was in hotel. I asked multiple times day 2 and 3. We left on day 4. Housekeeping never cleaned this room, in spite of multiple requests. The night staff stated they passed up as they could not fix the problem. They passed up to the manager. I have yet to hear from anyone. My son requires extra attention and needs extra towels/ sheets etc. Since no one ever serviced the room, I had to go down each night for towels and linens…I feel like I got ripped off actually.
