Staff was very pleasant. 15 min drive away from Lake Erie so well worth the stay. Will definitely book again when we come back.

The Continental breakfast was good. Our only complaint would be there was leftover food residues on the in-room office table and the Climate Control unit smelled musty when turned on, but minor inconveniences compared to the lodging we had just come from!

The room was well lit with great lighting, very clean, and neat. The foyer was well maintained. The staff was very efficient. The breakfast was well supplied and maintained well even during a very busy period. We couldn't have been more happy with our our stay. We stayed 2 nights!

Friendly staff, room was clean. Good breakfast. It wasn’t pet friendly however it had advertised pet friendly. Had to get my pup a sitter for the night.

Breakfast was pretty decent eggs, bacon, fruit, pancakes ect... Although toilet and sink, tub was clean could've been a little cleaner in the rooms appreciated the size of room though as suite. Few things that didn't work some lights, broken outlets, stayed 2 nights but no one came in and made our beds but received new towels.

Sycamore Suites was clean and very comfortable. Room felt rather bare bones though for the price. Still, no complaints. I skipped the "breakfast" and headed to the nearest Starbucks instead.

Our room was clean. Comfortable beds. Working cold mini fridge. Friendly front desk. The only “negative” is the breakfast wasn’t very great. But that’s not a deal breaker for us. Close to Dollar General & gas station so that was also very convenient because I had forgot something on our trip and was able to run to the store and grab it with ease. For the price I’d def stay again.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff not too friendly but ok. Room was a little dusty, not bad though otherwise clean. Convenient location to highway.

Menu was spare and late as I needed to get on the road earlier. Room clean, staff working hard when I arrived - not much staff when I was leaving in the morning. A. C. just fine.
