Staff was friendly and eager to help when needed. Very quiet and room was very well kept. AC was amazing and never struggled for a parking spot

I'm not tryna sound boujee or anything but this place is NOT it. Our room was clean-ish but there was a water stain on the ceiling, the air conditioner looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. The one bed had a dead bug on

I enjoyed my stay; it was clean and quiet, I could rest easily, and the staff was professional and had a positive attitude. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and my family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We will return.

When arriving to check in to our room we found a parking lot full of smoking and drinking. Immediately changed hotels. Safety is great concern at this hotel.

The room was not clean, shower rod was broke, shower head leaked, sink would not drain, wallpaper coming off the walls, stains on the ceiling where it had been leaking. Not a pleasant stay. Would not recommend. Besides the hotel was in the bad part of town. Pictures are deceiving.

Before I checked in, I asked Hotels.com to check about the pool. They said the facility had a pool and the pool was open ….to get there. The pool has been closed for months. There were no towels in our room. The telephone did not work. It was an awful experience.

This hotel was disgusting , nothing like the pictures. Very deceiving. Me and my family was in town for my daughter’s graduation and was refunded our money and opted to stay an hour away instead of this nasty disgusting hotel. Worse experience and hotel I have ever booked!!

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Do not get me wrong, the hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was amazing. Some of the staff was amazing but it was this one particular person who had an issue with my father watching my kids while I was working. I do not know what his issue was but he called me out my name cussed my father out and kicked out 3 regulars from breakfast because I guess he just had a bad day. To work in hospitality he should have a better attitude. And when I asked why he acted this way I was told “because I do what I want to do”. I will NEVER stay here again because of him. Only good thing is I got my deposit back. But to have to miss a day of work and wake my children up at 7 am because my next check in was not until 3pm is crazy all because he was having a bad day.
