The lock latch wasn’t working in the first room and the second one smelled of smoke although non-smoking room. The third room was missing a pillow, but attendant was nice and replaced missing pillow. There is coffee but no hot cocoa, and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the outside emergency stairs in 30° weather.

My first room didn’t have no heat so i asked for another room… the elevator didn’t work so i had to walk outside in the cold to go up and down the stairs MULTIPLE times…… once my room key was giving to the second room it would not work i kept trying multiple times and the door would not unlock.. i went downstairs they kept giving me the same key that STILL didn’t work except one time after multiple attempts… terrible experience never going to them ever again

Said hot full breakfast. It had limited options and the food was TERRIBLE. tasted almost like left overs. Room was extremely gross like they never swept and had stains on furniture. Bed made a really loud squeaking sound anytime you moved a muscle not to mention the pillows were toddler sized. Was REALLY trashy outside & smelled like weed and cigarettes. Heard many people yelling and partying late at night ( I had my 4 children with me and It deff is not a place for children).
