Excellent staff but hopelessly old and run down facilities for a Hilton. Had to move the room because heating wasn’t working and in general the staff seem to be too busy to keep this hotel up and running. I pity them. They were still nice despite the challenges. Shame on the management.

Rooms were spacious. Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great although pretty busy. Only complaint was room was too hot and air condition wasn't switched on just blowing warm air.

Absolutely perfect! The hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the outstanding service to the comfort of the rooms. The location by the Danube River is beautiful, offering peaceful views while still being very close to the city center.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff deserves special mention: kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym, sauna, and a very cozy bar.
Definitely one of the best Hilton hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would come back without hesitation!

I had an evening in Vienna on the way back to America from Cyprus, and this hotel was just what I needed. Everything was streamlined, the facilities were clean, a nice breakfast in the morning, and right on the Danube River outside. The price was right, too.

It is a very nice hotel facing the Danube river. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We especially like the breakfast which is super fresh with different varieties to choose from. One of the best breakfast we would recommend.
