When I arrived one staff member was very lovely and professional, but then the manager came and was very unfriendly because I arrived earlier then planned (my internal flight was rescheduled. I had to oay additional fees for early check-in anyway so I didn't understand the agressivity. The room was not cleaned properly (lots of hair in the lavatory which were very easy to spot, mirrors dirty and dust in the bedroom, ventilation seems to have not been cleaned for ages). Customer service inexistant: called Front desk and Guest Services many times without answer. Finally got a response after 3 hours, to tell me that they couldn't support me for a telephone cable (which which should be a basic service). Order a shuttle to the airport for the next day at 6:30, at 6:45 still no show and no support, finally decided to walk to the airport to avoid missing my flight. Whole experience very disappointing for the level of this hotel.

No comment ! they charged me with a second room, saying that my son is an adult !!! I already mentioned through Expedia that we will be three, and the reservation was made for a room for three persons. The staff men was as rigid as a rock without any facial expression!!!!! Second surprise!!!! The bed was not changed only arranged, the perfume of the person’s before still on it. No shampoo, women’s hair in some corner’s !!! The only positive match in this place is the restaurant staff five stars team. I just wondered what all these women of joy have to do in a five star hotel!!!!! I stayed four times in this place, I will never make a pace there in the futur. Pass your way it’s just a bling bling it doesn’t worth a penny.

Thare’s nothing to say, vary nice hotel for those who want a great stay near the international airport. Everything was perfect despite the fact that the beds are not cleaned. Otherwise I’ll be returning back each time l travel to Algeria. It’s the first time I met a welcoming staff close to international standards in this country, great go forward. Last thing, the cooking is just gorgeous.

Bad customer service

As a Discoverist member of Hyatt I continue staying at Hyatt hotels everywhere in a world for business . However, Hyatt regency hotel of Alger Algeria Airport has a very poor customer service unfortunately that is not the standard of Hyatt hotel. This time I had a very terrible experience. My bad experience was at the restaurant by the stuff member of Hyatt during a breakfast time. Resturant stuff and bar are very bad regarding their customers service. The last day of my stay I went for breakfast. Sometimes we forget if the breakfast is included or not in our booking that can happen. Before getting in a person stuff ask about the room number to check if breakfast is already pay and included or not. Once he check my room I heard him saying included. Before finishing my breakfast a service name Dalila brought a bill put it on the table with a very bad attitude without saying good morning or anything she has a very bad attitude all the time I am at the breakfast not a first time. When I tried to ask her why she is giving me a bill as my understanding the breakfast is included she ignored me. Went to see the person at the breakfast door name abdelra to clarify this he said I told is not included I tried to explain to him that I just heard included but he started yelling at me and asking me to pay in front of everybody I had nothing with me so I asked him to put it on the room. He refused. When I said your customer service is bad he said you are in a bad position to tell me that.

Je suis arrivé à cet hôtel 6 2026, ils m’ont dit rien que la chambre t’es pas payée lendemain on m’appelle dans ma chambre pour me dire que la chambre a pas été payée que elle a été payée depuis le 5 avril, j’ai présenté la facture, ils ont pas voulu savoir, ils ont même pas regardé la facture, ils étaient pas aimable, ils m’ont demandé de payer tout de suite, j’ai payé maintenant le problème c’est c’est que expédié Les essaye de les contacter leur service, ils ne répond pas parce que moi il faut qu’il me rembourse, je trouve que c’est des gens malhonnête et très malhonnête je mettrai plus les pieds, je suis très déçu et ça m’a jamais arrivé en 24 ans, je suis d’origine algérienne, je veux, déconseillé, n’allez pas cet hôtel
