They don't want your busines if you use hotels.com
The room was an average hotel room, indoor pool and free popcorn was great but, thats about all the good things. I booked through hotels.com and was able to reschedule my stay due to getting sick the week we were suppose to leave everything was fine with hotels.com but when i showed up to check in the hotel staff told me they do not have my room and they did not want to help me they told me i would have to just call hotels.com myself and figure it out. So i called and was able to speek with a nice lady and she put me on hold and called the hotel and after about 10 minutes the staff told me it was all fixed and allowed me to check in they did not apologize then I specifically asked them about the check in and check out dates to make sure it was all correct they told me it was correct. I went on with my vacation then the day before my check out date I was out having a nice time with my family and I got a call from the hotel manager telling me I need to come get my stuff out of my room because I need to check out. So I told her I was not supposed to check out until the next day and I paid up to the next day and that everything is correct with hotels.com and I already been through this and was told it was all fixed. She told me she didnt know who told me it was fixed because it was not, so I told her I'd call hotels.com again and have them call the hotel myself since they just refuse to even try to figure out anything and again it was the hotels system just like it was before.
