We booked 3 rooms. At check-in only one room was ready, by 430 with me tracking down towels the 2nd room was ready. At 5:30 when we wanted to head to dinner room 3 wasn't ready still so that family had to shower and get ready in our room. I went and asked what was holding up the 3rd room. They were missing a towel and a tea k-pod. That was why we couldn't check in at 3pm for that room. Really? There was no apologies about it. Then at 9:30 the next morning housekeeping knocks on our door and I yelled from the bathroom where I was getting ready. She came in on me as I was naked trying to get ready. At 9:40 a man walked into my room. What the hell? Neither apologized to me. I called the front desk and they said it was because the employees don't speak English. NOT an excuse for coming into someone's room after they've yelled that they'd be to the door in a minute. The rooms were poorly remodeled. The furniture is stained and worn. It wasn't worth the price they're charging for the service we received. The 2nd morning the same thing with housekeeping barging in even with the Do Not Disturb sign up. We had called for maintenance because our toilet wouldn't flush. We told them we'd be gone all day. No one showed up to fix it. Again, no apologies from management or employees. Very disappointing and disrespectful.
