Upon arrival, 6pm, we had to wait for our rooms. The service was very scarse. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned and and also for clean towels, apparently this wasn't included. The rooms weren't as we expected, the bathroooms were a joke, the showers didn't work, although the manager fixed them. Breakfast was only savoury, very poor. Some of the waiters were very kind, others were laughing at our simple requests. No fresh juice or fresh milk, we even had to ask for cereals for our children. On the website we read that there was a laundry service, the manager had to go and buy and iron for us. I would not reccommend this hotel.
