We traveled for a softball team and our 11 month old baby.
Parking lot has a lot of trash, it reeks of urine. Sketchy people hanging out outside, it looks like some people live here. The Hispanics don’t bother you much given you know they work and this is simply a place to sleep.
The staff is nice and service is decent. Lobby is good. It starts to get dark in the hallways towards the elevator. The bldg def needs a cosmetic makeover. It needs Fresh painted walls, not some dollar tree circle mirror decor, very tacky. There’s a lot of pain touch ups that did not match the paint, in and outside the hotel.
Room: The room, didn’t know these were full size bed. Air conditioning cords are stacked next to air conditioner in disarray. The tub was dirty, my infant is going to have to take a bath when we get home cause I refuse to put him in there. The curtain is broken, tv was unplugged. Overall it was dark and gloomy. Our faucet leaks, so if you’re a light sleeper and have hawk ears.. the water droppings will bother you. Rooms are also yellow painted walls, if they can repaint these modern light grey and replace lightbulbs to daylight white, it would change the ambience to positive. Our fridge is missing a foot so it hobbles when you try to open and close.
Breakfast was bland, I chose this hotel solely for the waffle maker which wasn’t available. (Even though it was there in review pictures.) Not a lot of selection on breakfast.
