Looked much cleaner than other reviews said HOWEVER:
-Booked an accessible room with a queen bed but got a full size bed instead. Bed was too high to be a proper accessible bed, bars in the bathroom do not necessarily equal accessibility. There were only bars inside the tub, making it difficult to get in and out. Bars beside toilet were too far back to be useful.
-Toilet ran NONSTOP
-Temperature control in room was poor…it was too hot.
-Breakfast was the standard breakfast buffet- cold as soon as it left the warmer, orange juice tasted more like water than OJ. Not worth $13/person. I have stayed at shadier hotels with better breakfast, for free. Finally, I tried to call the front desk 4 times to ask about the time for breakfast, Sat on hold forever, and then got disconnected.
If I wasn’t exhausted, I would’ve demanded a proper queen bed and such but walking from the desk all the way to my room while disabled was a lot.
